This system uses RFID technology to apply UHF (Ultra High Frequency), UHF laundry tags to the intelligent management of laundry, building an efficient working platform for rapid collection, sorting, automatic inventory and picking up of laundry in the laundry industry, greatly improving efficiency and reducing error rates. The core idea of the system is to use the uniqueness of the UHF RFID tag and the read-write to scan the characteristics of the long-distance fast one-time batch, the specific characteristics of its hardware equipment are as follows.

II. System design Each hotel, including the restaurant and several banqueting areas, has to use textile table linen, and several hundred rooms need to supply bathrobes, bed linen and towels, which is quite a lot. With so many textiles leaving the hotel each day, waiting to be washed, pressed and folded before being returned to the hotel, having so many makes it more difficult for the laundry to track where those textiles are, how many there are, and to confirm that they have all been returned.
Some hotels want to be able to track how many times each item has been washed and estimate the life expectancy of those items based on the number of washes. Hotels also want to be able to receive alerts when an item has reached its maximum number of washes, indicating that the item may need to be replaced. The application of our RFID in the laundry industry addresses exactly these needs.
The system, as shown in the diagram, begins with the installation of RFID antennas and readers in each customer hotel, on the doorway where laundry enters and exits, with the readers transmitting data to a client server within the hotel. In each laundry in and out of the doorway also the same installation RFID antenna and read-write, and client server. The client server in the hotel and the client server in the laundry are connected to the data centre server. RFID tags are first installed on each item of laundry and staff write customer information and laundry information onto the tags, which are stored in a separate web-based software system.
When the items need to leave the hotel to be sent to the laundry for cleaning, they are stacked on a trolley and have to pass through a doorway where an RFID reader with four antennas is installed. The reader will obtain the ID number of each item at any point when the item passes through the doorway and transmits these ID numbers to the back-end system within the hotel via a cable connection, which then stores data indicating that the item has been sent to the laundry and creates an item delivery list.
Each hotel's sends the laundry to the washing shop when also passes through a doorway equipped with RFID antenna and read-write, the read-write will read the ID information of the item transmits to the server of the washing shop, stores the data, also illustrates, which hotel has how many clothes to this washing shop to wash, and can check the textile in out of the hotel when the quantity and the quantity into the washing shop.
After classification into the laundry process, washing is completed, through the sorting after the clothing is sorted packet, through the read-write again reads all the clothe laundry chip information in the packet, and with the corresponding sends the laundry task order to check the data, confirms after sends to each hotel.
When the laundry sends the items back, it still has to go through the respective portal. The software compares the ID numbers of the returned item tags with the ID numbers of the items sent for cleaning to determine if they have been returned, if the quantities are correct and to store the information again. In hotels and laundries operational reports can be run which record, for example, how often items were cleaned, when they were cleaned and which ones were not returned.
III.
